Charlotte, NC 28203

www.teasefitnessboutique.comIn addition to the more pricey (and more exotic) pole dancing exercise classes, which begin at $15 and can go as high as $130, Vertical Tease also offers cardio fusion courses to get in shape in an exciting way. It is a great option for people who wish to avoid the gym, who are bored with typical workouts, or if you are just easing back in to working out. Or, you can sign up for their memberships.

If your combined household income is less than $80,000, your price will be lower than the potential $66 per month. Additionally, there is no membership fee! The membership also covers unlimited classes including Zumba, yoga, kickboxing, Kettlebell, Pilates, personal training, and more. Plus, there are gyms, pools, and other activities for the kids. Membership also provides a discount to the Y summer camps. See the website for a complete list of the Y’s locations.
